With cannabis being legal in Washington State for more than 10 years now, we ask that your experience be documentable with a legal commercial cannabis company due to the extreme learning curve in commercial cultivation.
If your only experience is in the black market it will be deemed invalid.
We are a i502 Licensed Tier 3 producer/processor located in Shelton.
Our Packaging/Pre-roll tech position, 2 to 5 years of documentable Cannabis experience is needed for this position.
We are currently expanding our team for increased production and need all team members to work efficiently to accomplish all objectives.
The position can be very labor intensive at times and you must be physically fit, able to lift heavy objects, stand and or crouch for extended periods of time while working on plants.
Tasks will include but not limited to moving products, packaging, weighing items, labeling and general cleanup.
Receives and communicates instructions, job assignments and updates verbally and non-verbally from Owner/General Manager to fellow cultivation members and assistants, instructive lists, email, and other department electronic communication.
Responsible for maintenance of 3rd party Track and Trace inventory software.
Operates and instructs others to be compliant to all Washington State Liquor and Cannabis regulations and or rules.
Requirements:
Be 21
and be able to pass a criminal background check Must have reliable transportation.
Strong attendance record and be punctual.
Must also have good hygiene, possess the ability to follow direction, be able to stay focused & motivated for extended periods of time, able to sit or stand for long periods of time, detail oriented, and keep a clean work area.
