This position performs as a Credit Union representative to the membership and public over the phone in our call center.
Requires excellent communication and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Performs basic teller transactions accurately and efficiently, and effectively cross-sells products and services in a professional and courteous manner consistent with PCU's Service Expectations.
Candidates must be multi-task oriented and able to work a fast paced sales and service team environment.
Must be able to understand credit union electronic services and products in order to effectively understand, trouble shoot, and find solutions to complex questions.
Proficient computer and clerical skills required.
Previous financial institution and call center experience preferred.
Wire, ACH, and card services experience a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior customer service by phoe experience.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications such as Windows, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
Position requires a high standard of telephone etiquette and customer/member service.
Spanish speaker preferred.
