Full time (35-40hrs/wk) position at a small shellfish farm offers a chance to learn all aspects of shellfish farming from seed to market.
The job offers both physical and mental challenges, working outdoors year round on boats and on shore and requiring good judgment in an ever changing environment.
An ideal position for someone seeking unique outdoor work and the great rewards that come with it.
In the scenic setting of Totten Inlet, south Puget Sound, Washington, candidates must be hardy to the elements, working long hours on their feet in all weather conditions.
They must also be able to work cooperatively as part of a small team.
Basic mechanical and boat operating skills are a plus but not a requirement.
