The Social Services Director is responsible for providing services to meet the social and emotional needs of the residents/patients.
Develops a rapport with the residents/patients and presents their concerns to center management.
Charts as assignedAssists with Resident CouncilSpearheads all discharge planning for residentsFollows all center's policies and procedures
Qualifications:
