Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulationsEnsure assigned residents receive their medication and treatments as ordered in the respective care plansAct as a leader to support a team of LPN's and CNA'sCompletion of all assigned assessments as ordered by RCM and DONMust have:
