Interim Security Manager

A location in Mason County, Washington is currently recruiting for a dynamic and accomplished leader for the position of Interim Security Manager. The ideal candidate exudes strong leadership, organizational, conflict resolution, and motivational skills.

This is a full time temporary position with potential for growth. The occupant of this position must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while overseeing staffing, scheduling, training and applying disciplinary actions, department evaluations and assist with the development of Security training programs. This position monitors the operation, maintenance and/or installation of all security and/or fire alarm systems on the property.

This position reviews, completes and files security incident reports on a regular basis. Candidates must possess a high level of administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

This position would also follow state laws and regulations in relation to Food and Beverage alcohol service, coordinate and maintain relationship with Local Law Enforcement Agency's (Federal, State, County, Tribal), as well as coordinate and maintain relationship with Local Fire Department Emergency Services.

Required Skills and
Experience:
MUST BE QUALIFIED TO APPLY

A Bachelor's Degree in an area of specialty and/or at least four (4) years of Military Leadership (or other highly regulated field) experience.
Must have working knowledge of security systems and safety procedures.
Verifiable leadership and managerial experience - 4 years of management experience
Excellent customer relations skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.

Working Conditions:

Long periods of walking and/ or standing.
Regularly bend, squat, kneel and stoop; Repetitive use of hands and fingers to; feel, reach or lift.
Talk and hear.
Vision may require the following; close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth.
May be exposed to slippery floors, fumes and/or airborne particles.
Be able to work in outdoors and have the ability to access any reasonable portion of the property.
Frequently lift (up to 50 lbs.); occasionally lift (up to 100 lbs.).
Typical of that in a busy casino with heavy cigarette smoke accompanied with a variety of competing noises and communications.
Possible exposure to chemicals and/or elements present in cleaners, agents and pesticides or other hazardous chemicals.
Flexible hours (week-ends, nights, holidays).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
