The night shift nurse supervisor is an important and valued member of our management team. Shelton Health and Rehabilitation is a modern, 76 bed facility with a family feel to it. We are located in Shelton, Washington, a beautiful, rural community located just 30 minutes from Olympia, WA and less than 60 minutes from Bremerton.

RN (Registered Nurse) Charge Nurse GENERAL SUMMARY
Manage the nursing care of assigned residents to maximize independence and self-direction for residents. Responsible for safety of residents under their supervision. Manages day-to-day compliance with Federal and State regulations, Center policies and procedures, and standard of practice with regard to resident care. Validates nursing staff functions within the scope of their practice and complies with regulations, policies and procedures.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Licensed as an RN
  • Current licensure in the state of employment or ability to obtain
  • One-year previous supervisory experience in hospital, SNF or other related medcial facility preferred.
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
